Heat-treated cork
Agglomerate of black or carbonized cork.
It is obtained through cork granules that are compacted together thanks to its own resin after applying a temperature of 350º in a closed chamber. It is a 100% natural and ecological product, which comes from the skin of the cork tree and we can extract it without damaging the tree, making it a sustainable and ecological process and material.
It has exceptional characteristics, it is a great thermal and acoustic insulator that can be used for both wall coverings and furniture. It generates great value and exclusivity in unique interior design products.
On the other hand, this material has a long useful life and preserves its characteristics perfectly. Among its many characteristics, we highlight the fact that it is resistant to fire, water, and grease, which makes it a useful design material for an infinite number of spaces and projects.
We give value and importance to the cork agglomerate rolls because, having a very low thickness, between 3 and 10mm, we manage to provide many advantages with this material.
